The people behind SRIS have been creating web sites since businesses started realizing the advantages the Internet brought to their marketing strategies. Beginning with two web sites for Northrop Grumman in 1996, we've been helping small and large companies simplfy their message to break through the clutter of the Internet. We stick to this principle when designing top level pages, especially the web site's home page. The navigation design must be simple to understand, while at the same time giving easy access to the site's main pages.

In addition to creating simple, effective designs, we tailor the site to the targeted market. We work with the client to determine the audience, then create designs to reflect the audience. If most viewers are businesses with high bandwidth connections, we can use features that we have to forgoe when targeting the home user with a low bandwidth connetion. For the former type of client, Flash and other creative graphics are often incorporated into the site. For the home user we use low bandwidth graphics, and reuse them on each page to make the loading of pages much quicker.
